Returns Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel and return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 business days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or faulty item). Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; these exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your return to the courier. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5–10 business days), the time required to inspect and process the return (3–5 business days), and the time taken by your bank or payment provider to process the refund (5–10 business days).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
